How can we help?

Answers to common questions about learning, certificates, payments, and teaching on Communityline Portal.

Getting started

Click Create account in the top bar, fill in your name, email, and a password, then confirm your email. You can also sign up instantly with Google.

Open any course page and click Enrol (free courses) or Add to cart then checkout (paid courses). It appears under My Learning right away.

Everything you are enrolled in lives under My Learning and on your dashboard, with a progress bar and a resume button for each course.

Learning & progress

Each lesson you complete is recorded automatically. Your course progress percentage updates as you finish video, reading, quiz, and assignment lessons.

Yes. Inside the lesson player you can jot private notes and bookmark moments; find them all again in your Notes hub.

Some lessons include a graded quiz or a file-upload assignment. Quizzes may be timed and limited in attempts; assignments are graded by your instructor.

Certificates

A certificate is issued once you complete 100% of a course. Download it as a PDF from My Certificates.

Every certificate has a unique ID. Anyone can confirm it on our Verify a certificate page — no login required.

Payments & access

Paid courses are purchased securely at checkout. Coupon codes can be applied in the cart before you pay.

Once enrolled, a course stays in your account so you can revisit lessons and resources at any time.

Teaching on Communityline

Apply from Teach on CLP. An administrator reviews your application; you’ll be notified by email once approved and can then build and publish courses.

Use the course wizard and builder. A readiness checklist confirms your thumbnail, description, sections, and lessons are complete before you can publish.

Account & security

Use Forgot password on the login screen, or change it any time from your Account Security page.

Yes. Turn on email two-factor verification from your Account Security settings for an extra layer of protection.
