Mr. Charlie D. Lugtu serves as one of the key driving forces behind the corporation's strategic growth, operational leadership, and business development initiatives. With extensive experience in construction, community development, education, and corporate management, he has played a significant role in establishing and expanding organizations focused on sustainable development, technical education, and community empowerment.
A graduate of Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Don Honorio Ventura State University, Mr. Lugtu also serves as President of Communityline Housing Development Corporation and Pampanga Central Training and Assessment Center, and is the Founder of Communityline Global Academy.
