Frequently asked questions
No. This is a professional-development course. It is not accredited, state-approved, or a substitute for CNA, home-health-aide, CPR, first-aid, or any jurisdiction-mandated training. Many employers value structured foundational training; check your employer's and your state's specific requirements.
You will have a strong knowledge foundation. Whether you can work, and in what role, depends on your local laws and the employer's requirements — some roles require licenses or registered training this course does not provide. The final module includes guidance on typical next steps.
No. Module 13 teaches you to recognize emergencies and call for help. CPR and first-aid certification require separate hands-on training from an authorized provider such as the American Red Cross or the American Heart Association.
Lessons unlock in sequence — each module builds on the previous one, and each module quiz needs a pass mark of 80% before the next module opens. You can revisit any completed lesson at any time.
Module quizzes can be retaken after you review the lessons they cover. The final examination allows three attempts in total. Every quiz result points you back to the module to review.
Complete every core lesson, pass each module quiz and the 50-question final examination with at least 80%, and have all six graded case-study assignments passed. The Certificate of Completion is then issued automatically to your dashboard as a PDF. It is not a professional license, government certification, CNA credential, nursing qualification, or CPR/first-aid certification.
The refund policy for this course is being finalized and will be published on this page before enrollment opens. Contact support with any questions in the meantime.
A modern browser (Chrome, Edge, Firefox, or Safari), an internet connection, and a PDF reader for downloadable resources. No software installation is required. The course works on desktop, tablet, and mobile.
