Charlie D. Lugtu, President
Mr. Charlie D. Lugtu is the President of Communityline Development Corporation and serves as one of the key driving forces behind the corporation’s strategic growth, operational leadership, and business development initiatives. With extensive experience in construction, community development, education, and corporate management, he has played a significant role in establishing and expanding organizations focused on sustainable development, technical education, and community empowerment.
As President, Mr. Lugtu oversees the corporation’s overall direction, policy implementation, project development, and operational management. Under his leadership, the company continues to pursue sustainable infrastructure projects, housing development initiatives, educational programs, and innovative business solutions designed to improve communities and create long-term organizational growth.
Born on September 19, 1979, Mr. Lugtu currently resides in Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City, Pampanga. He may be contacted through 0917-187-9845 or via email at charlielugtu1929@yahoo.com.
Mr. Lugtu completed his secondary education at Sto. Rosario High School and pursued his college education at Don Honorio Ventura State University, where he took up Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering. His educational foundation in engineering, combined with his extensive practical experience in construction and development operations, has strengthened his expertise in infrastructure, project management, institutional leadership, and organizational development.
In addition to his role in Communityline Development Corporation, Mr. Lugtu also serves as the President of Communityline Housing Development Corporation and the President of Pampanga Central Training and Assessment Center located in EPZA, Pulung Cacutud, Angeles City, Pampanga. He is likewise recognized as the Founder of Communityline Global Academy, an institution focused on global education, skills training, and international career advancement programs.
